I am a proponent of massage for relieving physical pain as well as emotional stress. I strongly believe in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall well-being and I am passionate about the positive effects of therapy on the body and mind. I specializes in client-specific massage treatments, employing general Swedish strokes, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point work, with the goal of facilitating symptom relief and enhanced range of motion. Having worked with professional athletes and performers, I can help with sports-injury rehabilitation, as well as recovery from workplace injuries and motor-vehicle accidents.
